Toronto is a bustling metropolis located on Lake Ontario. Its many skyscrapers testify to its modernity and its prosperous business-friendly environment. English is spoken here with pride. Include Toronto in your Canadian itinerary for at least the following reasons:
1. The Canadian National (CN) Tower is the tallest free-standing structure in North America, at 1815 feet (553 meters) high. It has become a symbol of Toronto.
2. Toronto’s skyline is probably the most spectacular in Canada and one of the great skylines in the world.
3. A large amusement and entertainment park, Ontario Place, sits just south of the downtown on Lake Ontario.
