On our last day in Kansas City we spent the morning with the chorus at the National World War I Museum, entertaining visitors to the museum. It was really special and was much appreciated by the patrons and the staff. Here we are singing in the auditorium.
We also sang several songs on the glass pavilion at the entrance to the museum.
During the afternoon we visited the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, a truly excellent small art museum. The building itself is a masterpiece, both inside and out.
Later we visited the Immaculate Conception Cathedral, a prominent piece of the Kansas City skyline with its tall, golden dome.
