Life has a habit of teaching you things in subtle but convincing ways. For all of my life, I have been a procrastinator. Not the worst type of procrastinator, one who seldom finishes anything or who never gets around to doing things, but certainly one who waited until the job HAD to be done before he finally did it.
How ironic is it that I now find myself in a situation where procrastination is not really an option? I have to do these tasks because there may not be a tomorrow. My cancer has truly changed me, something I also thought was impossible. Now I am religious about getting things done immediately. I have learned my lesson and it only took 66 years!
