Now that we have both done our Bucket Lists, I am in the process of making plans to accomplish items on both lists in the next 1-2 years. Reality says that we will not be able to totally satisfy both Lee and I unless I manage to live for several more years. I will certainly try my darnedest to make it happen.

So here is my tentative plan for the at least a portion of the time from now until the end of 2014:

Summer 2013 —

Scandinavian Cruise (already booked)

Return to West Virginia for Italian Festival (unofficial reunion for many family members) — Reservations made!

Boston Red Sox vs. New York Yankees at the new Yankee Stadium — Tickets purchased!

Boston Pops Concert — Tickets purchased!

Spring 2014 —

Return trip to Italy to include the Lakes Region, the Cinqueterra, Tuscany, and several other places

Washington, DC with my girls, their husbands, and grandchildren

Summer 2014 —

Road trip to complete travel to all the 50 states for Lee and I (includes Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, and Iowa)

Fall 2014 —

Disney World with families

Breeder’s Cup

As I look at this list, I realize that it seems rather ambitious, but I am highly motivated since I have so little time left.  I may even try to sneak in a few additional trips.
