              What an incredibly long and tiring travel day! We were up at 1:30 AM to get to Boston at 4:30 AM. We dropped the car at a parking lot and checked in  at the Delta terminal at 5 AM for our 5:50 flight. There was much turbulence in the first half of our flight but we made it to Vancouver at 12. The Delta Vancouver Suites are located downtown, very close to the cruise ship terminal. We walked along the waterfront and into adorable Gastown, the spot where the city of Vancouver began. We admired the Steam Clock and ate supper across the street, at the Water Street Cafe (very good!). Then we walked westward along the harbor until our weary bodies told us to stop – at 6:30 PM. A full day of sightseeing awaits us tomorrow!
