Why Go to North Conway?

Every tourist destination has its attractions. However, because every tourist is different, these attractions have greater or lesser value. In this series Gary gives his reasons for traveling to a particular place. Hopefully some of his thoughts will entice you to consider adding this particular place to your itinerary. Come to North Conway NH for skiing in the winter, leaf-peeping in the fall, hiking and family activities in the summer, and lovely mountain scenery throughout the year. North Conway NH is the most popular base of operations for visits to the White Mountains and should be on everyone’s New England itinerary for at least the following reasons:

2. The Kancamagus Trail, one of New England’s most popular scenic drives, connects North Conway with Lincoln, NH.
