Finally, I have heard the word “benign” and “Gary” in the same sentence. I was beginning to feel like cancer was totally out to get me, in various places, simultaneously. Thankfully, however, my dermatologist called to inform me that the lesion on my right upper arm is BENIGN!

That is so good to hear. Not that it would’ve been a real problem, even if it was malignant, because it was superficial and could be easily removed surgically like the one on my left arm. It’s just the idea that I could have had another malignant tumor.

So now I am back to concentrating on my main cancer, the lung cancer, which is where I want to direct my thoughts and my energy.
