After our second day at Saratoga Springs, several of us are still playing with their money. Before the races yesterday, we walked downtown and strolled along Broadway, window-shopping and people-watching. We also admired the elegant architecture on Union Avenue. These huge Victorian homes are incredibly impressive, with their unusual and customized details. We also strolled through the lovely Congress Park.
