World Heritage Sites – Egypt

     Egypt is famous as the center of the Egyptian Civilization, a culture which dominated the region for thousands of years. It is fortunate that there are so many remnants from this period, and UNESCO was quick to list many of these places as World Heritage Sites. I have listed my favorites below along with a few photos.
